Salon Policies




Deposit Policy  

We require 45%  deposit of estimated total booking for treatments such as highlights, balayage or ombre color. This deposit will be used towards your total cost. However, should you cancel your appointment within 48-hrs of your appointment’s scheduled time you will forfeit this deposit. This policy also applies to appointments booked same-day. Any guest that cancels within 48-hrs of their appointment time will be placed on our deposit schedule for the next 3 appointments.  



All cancellations require 48-hr notice from your scheduled appointment time. In the case that your appointment is not cancelled prior to 48-hrs, we will be unable to fill your appointment slot. By not meeting this policy clients on our waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive our services. Furthermore, all appointments will be cancelled if we do not receive verbal or written confirmation 48-hrs prior to your appointment time. For your convenience you may call the salon at 305-444-1412. In the case that it is after hours you may leave us a voicemail or send us a text at 786-529-1925.  

No Show 

If you do not show for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon you will be required to pay the full amount of that appointment before pre-booking any future appointments and will be put on our deposit schedule for all future appointments.   

Service Policy  

We take great pride in our work to completely satisfy you. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your services, we will be more than happy to redo our work with 7 business days of your original appointment, with your original stylist. We do not offer any type of refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Product Returns 

We will gladly exchange products after one use or one week from purchase date. We can also offer you store credit that is applicable towards any other product or services. We do not provide refunds for products and/or services.  ​


Garment Policy  

To prevent any stains or chemicals on your clothing, we highly suggest changing into one of our provided gowns. Please avoid wearing anything of value. WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY ON ANY STAINS/DAMAGES TO YOUR CLOTHES. We are not able to know where a guest might have spread color, that be on a wall or a chair. Nonetheless, we try to keep everything clean and wipe down as much as possible, but accidents happen. Please be aware you can also get your garment wet while shampooing by just slightly moving your head up and it may leak down your shirt.
