Ana | Master Stylist

Now a veteran in the hair industry, Ana La Bella began her career over 29 years ago right here in Miami, Fl. Her creative talent and enduring desire to continually expand her knowledge brought her to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After 5 years, opportunity knocked in the Big Apple and so she packed up her scissors and began working with Aveda, at one of their first N.Y. salons. Ana’s instinctive knowledge on the benefits and consistency of Aveda’s products kept her in the Aveda network of family salons. And family is exactly what brought her back to Miami. With her artistic vision, impeccable attention to detail and innate ability to identify with each client, Ana enjoys creating a personal look based on the integrity of the client’s hair as well as their lifestyle. She is committed to educating her clients on how to maintain their look. A master of her craft, she is behind the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene.

Stacy | Master Stylist

Stacy was born in St. Louis, Missouri and attended Southern Illinois University. Following college, she went to cosmetology school. Still living in St. Louis, she began working in her first Aveda Salon, Studio Branca. Three years later she moved to Miami, Florida. The passion Stacy has for Aveda's beliefs, practices and products brought her to Miami, Florida where she cut, colored hair and received continuing education. This prepared Stacy for her final move to la bella salon in Coral Gables where she’s now a senior stylist. Stacy has been part of the la bella salon team since its inception.

Heidi | Senior Stylist

Heidi was raised in Portland Oregon where she graduated high school at the early age of 16 and started cosmetology school immediately after. Heidi says, "Since I was 12 years old, I knew I was going to become a hair stylist". Heidi has been a professionally licensed hair stylist since 1997. Prior to joining la bella salon in January 2011, Heidi was an independent contractor for 10 years at "Shear Pleasure" in Portland. Since arriving at la bella salon, Heidi completed Aveda color training in Ft. Lauderdale. Heidi has extensive hair color experience and has attended color seminars from Schwarzkopf, Loreal Professional, and Paul Mitchell. Heidi say's, "I look forward to continuing my education with Aveda and taking advantage of their extensive classes going forward. I look to compliment la bella's team with my excellent customer service and professionalism.

Milanka | Senior Stylist

Milanka was born and raised in Miami, FL. Her passion for hair and fashion sprouted at an early age and refined with formal teaching at the Aveda Institute in St. Petersburg. Soon thereafter she began her professional career as a stylist and colorist. Milanka attended Fashion Week – Fall & Spring 2012, worked “Congress” and the “Plugged Hair” show. She has assisted the director of Aveda Advanced Academy, Jon Reyman, with his cutting and styling classes in NYC and is a part-time color educator for Aveda Corp. Milanka continues on her journey to perfect her craft and evolve as an artist through Aveda’s continuing education courses. Her goal is to travel and bring her knowledge to a variety of well-respected shows, labella salon, and clients worldwide.

Unique | Stylist

Unique is from Sacramento, California. She moved to Miami, Florida in 2007 after graduating from the Aveda institute in Tallahassee. Unique has been cutting hair since she was eleven years old, but professionally for four years. Unique says, hair is her passion, and she loves making her customers feel sexy and rejuvenated. Unique specializes in thick, curly, and relaxed hair. "Hair makes a lasting impression. If no one remembers you they will remember your hair", she says. Unique is always learning and prides herself on taking new education courses so that she can offer her customers new and current options. She loves change and believes in offering her customers the option to experience change as well.

Christa | Stylist

Christa was born in Texas and raised in Michigan. Christa attended Douglas J Advanced academy in Ann Arbor Michigan, and graduated from Douglas J Aveda institute in East Lansing Michigan where she worked for 3 years as a color specialist. She moved to Miami in 2009 to pursue and broaden her career not only as an exceptional colorist, but as a hair stylist too. Christa says, "I love being a stylist. It's a great feeling when you make the world look and feel beautiful."

Heather | Stylist

Heather, a South Carolina native made her way to Miami in 2011. With 8 years of experience, Heather knows how to satisfy her clients and provide them with that extra boost of confidence. Heather is very creative with color, cuts & styles, and her favorite services to perform are formal styles for occasions such as proms, weddings, black tie affairs and more. Keeping up with the latest trends is what keeps Heather motivated. She chose la bella salon to acquire an advanced, professional learning experience with high quality products like Aveda.
